DIY Dress form homemade papermacheGLUE and papermache (2/5)

In the series "Make woman dress form in paper-mache" with round shapes I have reached no. 2 video. Here I make homemade glue and begin to put on paper mache on the dress form.

The glue recipe I use in this series are made like this:
2 tbsp (tablespoons) flour (the cheap kind)
1 tsp (teaspoon) fine salt
Place flour and salt in a container, add water in small amounts. A little at a time and stir with a fork ... all the time so that the water is absorbed by the flour and turns into a thick sticky mass. When all the flour is wet and the mass is smooth, with no lumps of flour, then add more water until you have a  nice glue.

DIY paper mache dress form with round shapes
Make a dress form with a woman shapes out of tinfoil, homemade glue and paper mache.

The process is a little long, but if you like me love to be creative and cuddle with the things, then you will find enjoyment in this project.

The dress form can be created from scratch exclusively in aluminum foil, you can also do as I have done here. Start building it on an old Barbie doll. Build the dress form up layer by layer and press the shape with small gentle pressure so that there is no big hard and crooked lumps.

I have recorded it all on video and in order for it not to appear too confusing, I have divided the video into 5 smaller videos.

In this first video (1/5), I show how I form the body out of tinfoil outside the barbie doll.

Video 3/5 this is how I get the dress form of the doll.
Video 4/5 closing and amplification of the dress form with a second recycled material.

DIY fabric FEATHER tutorial

Done fabric feather

This is what you need to make fabric feather

Put wood glue on the middel of the fabric

lay piece no 2 fabric on top of the first piece

Let dry

Peal of the plastic

Cut into feather shape

mat upper side of fabric

Shiny side of fabric (the bottom side) 

Enjoy making your own fabric feathers :-D

Fold a box in 10 minutes

How too fold, cut and glue a box in 10 minutes without a scoreboard and other fancy tools.

Sunflower tutorial handmade cardboard flower

Make a pretty handmade sunflower out off paper or cardboard.

4 ps  cardboard 4" x 4" inch.

3 ps. cardboard  5/8" x 11  6/8" inch.

Cut 4 x ½ leaf

Unfold the flower leafs

Roll the stamens and glue everything together
